First Book Group Meeting. We will kick-off the reading year with Elaine Weiss' riveting and timely book, The Women's Hour: The Great Fight to Win the Vote.

Elaine Weiss was the keynote speaker at the LWVUS National Convention in Chicago this past June and she is a natural-born speaker. She will be speaking at the John Jay Homestead in Katonah on February 21, 2019 at 7 p.m. So, we will get a two-for-one: great read and great speaker (There is a cost associated with the talk at John Jay Homestead; we will keep you posted.)

We look forward to seeing many of you on January 31. Please confirm if you plan to attend by January 18, so we make sure the Kittle House reserves a room appropriate for our number of attendees to: The cost of the breakfast is $20.
